The observer decides what the audience sees at every moment: where the fight is going to be before it starts, which play deserves a replay, when to cut. In Dota 2 it is the difference between a broadcast people understand and one they merely watch.

The crew has observed more than 800 professional matches. Glem Rafaile was Production Director and observer on The International 7 Spanish feed at Beyond the Summit, and our crew ran in-game direction for the Southeast Asia DPC at Epulze, with four observers, from January to July 2023.
