Chiqaq is the trade name of Glem Bruno Rafaile Camacho, a sole trader registered in Peru under RUC 10469408669, with registered address at Av. Petit Thouars 216, Lima, Perú. They are the controller of the data you provide through this website.

What you type into the contact form: name, email, company, role, project type, event date, budget range and message. Only name, email and message are required.

The service that hosts the website also logs technical data for each visit (IP address, browser, page requested and time) so that it works and stays secure. We do not use those logs to identify you or to build profiles.

To answer your enquiry, to prepare and send you a proposal and, if we end up working together, to manage that relationship. We do not send you advertising, and we do not sell or hand your data to third parties for their own purposes.

You send us your data so that we answer you, and it is needed to prepare, at your request, a possible contract (Peru's Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and its Regulation). If you are in the European Union, the legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To run the website we use providers that process data on our behalf and only to provide their service to us: Supabase (database where form messages are stored), Resend (email notification of each message), Vercel (website hosting) and our email provider. The website also loads its fonts from Google Fonts and, only if you click to play a video, the YouTube player; in both cases Google receives your IP address.

These providers run their servers outside Peru, mainly in the United States, so sending the form involves an international transfer of data. We will only disclose your data to an authority when the law requires it.

While we handle your enquiry and, if we do not end up working together, for up to 24 months from our last contact, in case you pick the project up again. If a commission goes ahead, we keep it for as long as legal and tax obligations require. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

You can ask us at any time for information about your data, to access, rectify or delete it, or to object to its processing, and you can withdraw your consent. Write to hello@chiqaq.com from the address you used in the form (or attach a document proving your identity) and we will answer within the legal deadlines.

If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to Peru's National Personal Data Protection Authority (Ministry of Justice and Human Rights). If you are in the European Union, you can also complain to your country's data protection authority.

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. Data is stored in your browser only if you are part of the team and sign in to the editing area, to keep your session. If you play a YouTube video, YouTube may use its own cookies under its policy.

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS) and the database is accessible only to authorised Chiqaq staff.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
