The brief
Valve and Beyond the Summit needed the biggest Dota 2 tournament in the world to look, in Spanish, exactly as good as it did in English.
The constraint
Fully remote, fully live, no second takes, across a multi-day tournament with dozens of concurrent matches.
What we did
We ran the Spanish production end to end: in-game direction, observing every match, caster coordination, graphics and broadcast scheduling.
